At Avia365, our expertise is powered by more than 20 years of experience across airline operations, quality safety management, compliance, flight operations, CAMO, Part-145, and Approved Training Organizations. Combining a strong technical background in Computer Engineering with extensive operational expertise, we bridge technology, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Our aviation journey began in 2005 with Flight Data Monitoring (FDM), providing a strong technical foundation that evolved into a specialized career in technical and operational auditing. Over the years, we have developed extensive expertise in conducting audits across both Maintenance and Compliance & Safety Management functions, assessing maintenance processes and operational effectiveness. Combined with a solid background in safety and quality management systems, this experience provides a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, supporting continuous compliance, operational excellence, and the highest standards of aviation safety.
Over the years, Avia365 has contributed to the establishment and development of aviation organizations, from Approved Training Organizations delivering pilot training from ab initio through Airbus A320 and Boeing 737NG type ratings, to implementing and managing Quality and Safety Management Systems for airline operators including initial approval process for an EASA Part-145 Organization.
Our expertise is further strengthened through extensive experience within an EU-based ACMI airline, creating opportunities to develop global business relationships while working closely with maintenance organizations and ground handling service providers worldwide. Operating within the EASA regulatory framework has provided invaluable experience in maintaining compliance across complex international operations. Every stage of this journey has been within IOSA-registered airline environments, where the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence are expected.
Avia365 has also established and managed Flight Data Monitoring programmes across Boeing 757, Airbus A320 Family, Airbus A330, and CRJ1000 fleets, transforming operational data into meaningful safety improvements and supporting informed operational decision-making.
